If you like it hot, but not too hot, the Costa Mogan is the place for you – the summer daytime temperature in the resorts of Puerto Rico, Puerto de Mogan and Patalavaca on the south-west coast of Gran Canaria is normally in the high twenties to mid-thirties (that’s °C not °F!), usually with a refreshing sea-breeze. Surfing, a possibility to practice this great sport in your holiday

The best place for surfing on Gran Canaria I can recommend is Castillo del Romeral, placed on Gran Canaria’s east coast.

About three kilometers from the center of Castillo del Romeral you just have to follow the path in southern direction to get to this surfers paradise. The location belongs to San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
