Calima – what’s that?

The technical definition of “Calima” by local meteorologists is “suspended dust“.

But this weather phenomenon also accompained by an almost complete lack of other weather phenomenons: No wind, no sun, no clouds.

Except for a slight increase of the temperature, since this dust is blown here from Africa, the weather is like “stuck”.
