Expoart 2006
Today
started the “Expoart 2006″ in Las Palmas, the 22nd edition of a craftwork fair, held on the Las Palmas fairground, the “recinto ferial”. The 186 craftsmen that participate this year are from all 7 islands, and will represent more than 50 different jobs like: pottery, embroidery, carpentry, ceramics, cane furniture, music instruments, etc…
The artworks presented in this fair are always very traditional but this year it will be combined with the newest trends. This fair tries to strengthen the comercial activity of this workshops all around the 7 Islands.
So if you have the chance, visit it!! You won’t regret it.
