An Inconvenient Truth

A couple of hours ago,
i watched a movie which really made me think. Rather than a movie it's more sort of a documentary film on global warming. It's called, as the title of this post says, 'An Inconvenient Truth'. It is presented and comented by former cadidate for us-presidency Al Gore. He talks about all facts an researches done by scientists throughout the years concerning global warming. It is very graphical since he uses a lot of pictures, animations, graphs, etc..
He actually didn't talk about Canary Islands, but as he presented some computer generated animations about what would happen if Greenland or Antartica started to melt more drastically, it made me think of what would happen to us here. Places like Manhattan, San Francisco, parts of northern Europe would be completely under water.
