Gran Canaria – The Isle of Paradise

Wednesday, July 20th, 2011
The isle of Gran Canaria is the third biggest of the Canaries. The islands are a part of the spanish mainland. The landscape consists of mountains, coastlines and valleys. Valley I travelled to Gran Canaria with my family. There we lived in a bungalow complex with two big swimming pools next to the bungalows. I think this complex was really amazing for kids because the parents can lie in the sun and the children can play in the pool for the kids. We stayed in a city called Maspalomas. This town is situated on the east coast. Maspalomas is famous for its dunes and the beach. I image that we have rent a car because we explored the isle on our own. However there they offer special tours to visit some wonderful places of the isle in a ...

Gran Canaria – perfect place for a perfect vacation

Monday, June 20th, 2011
It was exactly 8 o´clock when I woke up. I turned around and looked at the window in my room. The sun had already risen, and some people were cleaning the beach at Playa del Inglés. I decided to stand up and take a shower. My room in the hotel Sahara Playa was really comfortable. There were three beds in it, although I had booked an single room. The furniture was made in a typical Canarian style. The bath room was big and very clean, I felt very well in it. Hotel Playa As I was hungry, I went downstairs for breakfast. The buffet was many-sided and very tasted. I like typical British food for breakfast, so I ate bacon and eggs and had a glas of orange juice as a drink. Afterwards I went to the car-rental agency ...

A Trip to Gran Canaria

Friday, May 20th, 2011
A few months ago I just had to get away from everything for a few days. I decided to book a trip online, just any destination and found a last minute offer to Gran Canaria. The offer looked really promising so I decided to book. When I landed at the airport in Las Palmas, the capital city of the island, a few days later, the first impression was the fabulous climate. When I stepped on the tarmac, sunshine and a gentle breeze greeted me, letting me forget about snow and ice that I had left behind just a few hours ago. Las Palmas There was a shuttle bus available from the airport to my hotel in Playa del Ingles, but I had decided to rent a car so that I could be independent from the start. Picking up the ...

Costa-Mogan.Com

If you like it hot, but not too hot, the Costa Mogan is the place for you - the summer daytime temperature in the resorts of Puerto Rico, Puerto de Mogan and Patalavaca on the south-west coast of Gran Canaria is normally in the high twenties to mid-thirties (that's °C not °F!), usually with a refreshing sea-breeze. Winter temperatures are only a few degrees lower. And it's the same in Taurito, Playa del Cura and Arguineguin too.
See what the weather is like now in Puerto-de Mogan. According to some, the Costa Moganhas the best climate in the world!

There's a wide range of accommodation ranging from luxury air-conditioned apartments in Puerto Mogan with a swimming pool to economical self-catering apartments in Puerto Rico or perhaps you'd
