Teror, Gran Canaria
Teror lies next to Las Palmas heading towards the
inside of the island.
This small idyllic town is the the center onf pilgrimage and devotion
of all "canarios", therefore its church is home of the, by all canarios
devoted saint, "Virgen del Pino". Every September 7th a big celebration
dedicated to this saint is held in this town.
The protected natural landscape of "Pino Santo" with its 3012,3 ha, as well
as the fountain of "Fuente Agria", canarian wide known for the water coming
from here, the "Agua de Teror", are worth to visit.
