Telde, Gran Canaria
Is is the second largest municipality concerning the
inhabitants. The neighbourhoods of "San Francisco" and "San Juan" invites us to take a walk through their small
streets, buildings and architectural details.
Telde's religious past left back such outstanding things
as the church of "San Pedro Mártir".
Archeologically seen, Telde is a very interesting place to
visit as it was one of the two "Guanartematos", a poblational
center of the native canarian aborigines and therefore, many
archeological sites are worth to visit. Like the "Montaña de
Cuatro Puertas" which is a cave of 289m², accessible by four
entrances. |
