Tejeda, Gran Canaria
Tejeda is the highest municipality of Gran Canaria.
Is is situated in the middle of our island and is well known
for its fantastic views from almost every part of it. The small
town of Tejeda, like many others non-touristic towns, is oriented
to the agricultural activity and is a very friendly and beautiful
place to visit.
It is higly recomendable if you are here, that you visit this part
of the island since here you can find the emblematic rock formations
of "Roque Nublo", "Roque Bentaiga" and "El Fraile".
There are also a
lot of pine woods to see, like the "Los Pechos" or the "Inagua y Ojeda".
