I am considering coming out to Maspalomas area for minimum 6 months maybe more. Can someone give me an idea outwith of basic flat rental costs which seem to be ave £400/£500 mth. How much it would be for additional costs and what they are such as MONTHLY; 1. GAS /ELEC COST, 2. ARE THERE COUNCIL TAX TYPE COSTS MONTHLY, 3. WATER RATE TYPE COSTS, 4. ANY OTHER UNEXPECTED BILLS I SHOULD WATCH OUT FOR. SUCH AS INSURANCES ETC... I would be very grateful for any info
