Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Gran Canaria
Las Palmas is the capital of Gran Canaria.
As this, it is the largest city on Gran Canaria with about 380.000
inhabitants. It also has the largest port of all islands which is
internationally known.
The places you should visit when you are here are: the "Las Canteras
Beach", the pedestrian street of "Triana" with its shops and the old
part of Las Palmas which would be the entire neighbourhood of "Vegeta"
with the church of "Santo Domingo" and the canarian museum,
the "Museo Canario".
